Women's Kundalini Meditation Circle | Solar Plexus Chakra

The solar plexus chakra, also known as the manipura chakra, is located at the solar plexus and is associated with the colour yellow. It is the third chakra and is related to our personal power, self-esteem, and sense of purpose. When the solar plexus chakra is balanced, we feel confident and in control of our lives.

During the Full Moon in Virgo, the energy of the Moon can help to nourish and balance the solar plexus chakra, bringing a sense of clarity and focus. This can be especially helpful if you have been feeling uncertain or lacking in confidence. The Full Moon in Virgo can help you tap into your personal power and find direction and purpose in your life.

Kundalini yoga and meditation are believed to pull the energy at your root chakra all the way up through your crown and out of the body. This allows the energy to flow through you, awakens your higher self and helps create balance.     

In this circle I will be focusing on kundalini meditations to balance our solar plexus tapping into the full moon energy in Virgo.

We will open with Cacao then I will guide your body through some gentle movement, the use of breath, mantra, mudra and focus.

Then to close, you will be bathed in a reiki infused crystal sound bath and have the opportunity to share your experience with kindred spirits over tea, tarot and treats.

Beginners to meditation and/or kundalini are encouraged to join, no prior experience required to attend.
